Responsibilities
- Organize and assemble Board of Directors presentation materials and meeting decks.
- Coordinate internal and Board-level review of public relations (PR) materials and related executive communications.
- Coordinate and guide internal and Board review of investor relations (IR) communications, including earnings materials and associated SEC filings (e.g., 8-Ks).
- Oversee and manage the corporate data room, ensuring secure, accurate, and up-to-date document access.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and special projects.
- Support the Chief Business Officer and Chief Legal Officer on business development–related activities, including coordination of diligence materials, internal reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
- Assist with preparation, tracking, and organization of materials related to partnerships, collaborations, licensing, and other strategic transactions.
- Coordinate internal stakeholder input for BD processes while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Support governance and documentation workflows associated with business development initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in executive support, corporate governance, chief of staff, or project management roles within biotech or healthcare.
- Strong enterprise-level thinking with the ability to operate across corporate, legal, and business development contexts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data room and document management systems.
Compensation
The estimate full-time salary range for this role is between $148,000 to $220,000. The final compensation package offered to a successful candidate will reflect a number of factors including but not limited to prior experience, relevant skills, education, qualifications and certifications, business needs, internal equity, and market data.
