About the Role

Oxford Science Enterprises (OSE) is seeking a personable and highly organised Team Assistant to support our busy Investor Relations team. You will co-ordinate complex shareholder meetings, plan investor visits, be the go to person for investor-related diary management and host a variety of stakeholders with warmth and diplomacy, representing OSE at all times.


This is a full-time role. While some hybrid working is possible, the role is predominantly office based and external attendance will at times be required, particularly during investor visits and key meetings.

You pride yourself on your attention to detail and understand that you are representing a brand at all times. You are comfortable working with high-profile stakeholders with professionalism and warmth, taking last minute changes and problems in your stride.
