What to expect:

As an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant, you will support our Founders and leadership team in managing the demands of a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities. You will thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment, bringing structure, discretion, and proactive problem-solving to every task.

What you'll be responsible for:

You will be a trusted partner to our Founders, managing their schedules, communications, and key logistics with efficiency and professionalism. You will prepare for critical meetings, coordinate travel and events, and ensure follow-ups and priorities are actioned without delay. Beyond administration, you will be relied upon for judgment, foresight, and the ability to keep operations moving smoothly under pressure.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary & travel management: Provide comprehensive, complex diary management, including scheduling across multiple time zones, and coordinate all travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Meeting & communication support: Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings, and manage email correspondence by prioritising and flagging key actions.
  • Event & team coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, team offsites, and external meetings.
  • Confidential, administrative support: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, while assisting with general administrative tasks to enhance leadership effectiveness.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting multiple senior leaders in fast-paced environments simultaneously. You should have hands-on experience in managing complex diaries, coordinating travel and logistics, and handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.

You’ll need to be calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Discretion and professionalism are essential, as you'll be trusted with sensitive information and high-level decision-making support. Strong prioritisation skills and a problem-solving mindset will enable you to manage competing demands effectively.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Google Suite and collaboration tools like Slack, and will bring experience working in high-tech, deep-tech, or rapidly scaling organisations. A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently will be key to success in this role.
