A Sales Operations Coordinator at ONI plays a key role in optimizing the sales process, improving efficiency, and supporting the sales team with administrative and analytical tasks. in addition the successful candidate will play a vital role in bridging the gap between marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and logistics/operations execution.
Your Role at ONI:
- Coordinate with the sales team to distribute and track leads.
- Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to update lead status.
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics.
- Enter sales orders into NetSuite
- Bookkeeping of sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Track campaign performance metrics and provide reports to both marketing and sales teams.
- Organize and manage logistics of promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Monitor inventory levels of marketing materials and order supplies when necessary.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders both external and internal.
- Manage record keeping and logistics of instruments and consumables for demonstration needs.
- Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to track deliveries and resolve any logistical issues.
- Provide customers with shipping updates, estimated delivery times, and post-sale support.
- Address and resolve any delivery-related customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to logistics and order fulfillment.
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software preferred (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
