ABOUT US

  • Neu Health is redefining care for neurodegenerative diseases — starting with Parkinson’s and Dementia.
  • We’re the first smartphone-based, FDA-cleared remote monitoring platform built for neurology, backed by a decade of Oxford-led research. Now live and scaling across the UK and US with validated outcomes, reimbursement traction, and growing demand.
  • Neu Health turns any smartphone into a clinically validated neurology tool — combining real-world data, AI insight, and deep clinical integration. Designed to help care teams act earlier and smarter, and to give patients control.
  • While others depend on expensive hardware or virtual visits, we meet patients where they are — bringing intelligent, accessible neurology care directly into their pockets.

MISSION BEHIND YOUR ROLE

  • Our vision is to create a company beloved by patients, caregivers, and clinicians—one that instils confidence and reshapes how they navigate and prepare for their futures.
  • We are seeking a dynamic programme manager who can deliver key workstreams within our flagship dementia programme.
  • As Dementia Programme Lead, you will be turning vision into action – ensuring coordinated workstreams, including a major grant-funded initiative, and strategic partnerships achieve meaningful change for people living with dementia.
  • This is your chance to be a core leader in one of the most ambitious dementia-focused transformation efforts

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As Dementia Programme Lead, you’ll lead a coordinated approach to delivering our dementia priorities. You will:

  • Project manage a grant-funded workstream, coordinating implementation, data science, regulatory and commercial inputs to successfully achieve the project outcomes and meet funder milestones with rigour and pace.
  • Manage our overarching dementia programme execution across clinical, data, implementation, product, engagement and commercial teams – defining goals, ensuring alignment across delivery teams, and driving real-world impact.
  • Coordinate dementia stakeholder partnerships, including with charities, NHS organisations, clinicians, patients and caregivers, to ensure our dementia solutions leverage system expertise and lived experience - working in partnership with our user experience team.
  • Lead the service evaluation of our dementia projects to understand and improve user engagement, care changes, and impact.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for an ambitious and pragmatic leader— with an exceptional problem-solving mindset and delivery-focus.

You bring:

  • A fast-paced project delivery approach: combining strategic problem solving with hands-on project management
  • A track record in successfully delivering cross-functional programmes across clinical, product, data, research and commercial workstreams
  • Experience working with the NHS through either healthtech, consultancy or data-led innovations
  • Strong motivation to build something that matters, and make a difference to people living with dementia
  • Outstanding programme management skills – including stakeholder management, planning and communication – with a demonstrated ability to keep teams focused on outcomes
  • Resilience and adaptability—you bring calm, focus and structure in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
